Legal locate and Sending Notice

Verifying registered address of contractor, debtor, etc. to anyone client is legally entitled to claim. Supply us subject name in Japanese (or name in Roman letters and subject date of birth) and address. Change of address will be shown in acquired resident certificate. Client is required to present legal evidence and ID to Administrative Solicitor. Samples of evidence are IOU, agreement, claim letters etc.
Notice will be sent to subject in Japanese.

Heir Verification

When someone dies in family, inheritance shall be started. Administrative Solicitor's work is to obtain related family registries then verify heirs, and locating current registered address of living heirs. Administrative Solicitor then prepares heir relationship chart.
Through examination of registries is required to confirm if inheritee has a child outside of legal marriage or recognized the child. Client is required to present legal evidence and ID to Administrative Solicitor.
