Our research work is currently done in "The study group of the Technology on the deep sense" which is one of the study-groups set up in "The Society for Art and Science".

We want gdeep impressionh via Audio-Visual. To accomplish the research and development of Audio-Visual, any quality measure is indispensable. Our idea is to get the perceptual adjectives or phrases representing principal components of the whole adjectives, because deep impression will be expressed by adjectives. The obtained perceptual phrases are gfloating atmosphere in the air-like resonanceh and gchest penetrating impressionh (detailed explanations are described at the footnotes on the TOP). With the aid of those scales, the research and developments have been successfully accomplished.

  • Explanation of gdeep senseh

  • When we see or meet The Shourinzu (a painting of wood of pine trees in a foggy scenery) by Hasegawa Touhaku, we Japanese feel something very deep impression in our inside. During the long time standing against this black]and]white painting, gwhat have arouse in our insideh is going into this painting, and when our insides reach to a painted mountain covered by snow, we are gstate of nothingh whether or not we feel conscious or unconsciou.

Basic researches; gWhy we are impressed?h or gWhat are moved?h seems to be unable to discuss. We will try to find any way to communicate each other taking down fences between engineering, and art, standing the base on science.
