Chapter7 

There is no thought when we sail. We are living in feelings of momentary action.  While sail in the trough, I have shout, “It's actual, just now is actual.” I am living in feelings of just now. I am not caught in past, and will not worry the future. Detached from modern times philosophy that thinks the thinking to be the supremacy. It’s world of body and mind. No, no, it must not be departed. Only in this moment, I exist.

I have muttered, “I exist, so I exist.”

巻七（独白）

　 セイリングしているときに思考はない。瞬間に判断し反応する感覚に生きている。

　トラフを走りながら私は叫んでいた「これは現実だ、今は現実だ」。過去にとらわれることもなく、未来を思い煩うこともなく、たった今の感覚だけに生きている。

　思考を至上のものとする近代の哲学を離れ、肉体と心だけの世界。否々、分けてはいけない。なんと名づけたらいいのだろう。

　この瞬間にだけ私がいる。

　私は呟いていた。「我あり、ゆえに我あり」「我なし、ゆえに我なし」
